Their customer service department keeps saying I will get it soon. I asked for a refund, they wont give me one.

I purchased three pieces of jewelry back on 2/18. It has been over three months and still haven't seen the product. I have now 22 emails going back and forth with them and they refuse to provide me a refund. They keep telling me I have to wait for the product! It's been 3 months! I have never received it. I have never been so frustrated with a company. This company is nothing more than a scam.
I bought a Fine Heart Jewelry Set: Necklace and Earrings for my mother on her day and it looks beautiful. My mother is very happy with her necklace and earrings that she doesn't want to take it off.

This company is very good, they offer very great prices for nice quality items, they ship as soon as you order and they make sure everything is ok.
I have the same reviews as everyone else. I ordered and it took a month to get to me. Was given wrong information about the product with was sign #2. Then, the engravings were not there so I had to contact someone about that sign #3. They said the warehouse had to confirm they did not do engravings when I sent them pictures of the ring I had! Then, the emails are a problem! It takes forever to hear from someone if you hear from them at all. I finally just gave up. I even tried the chat which is not 24 hours like they say. I finally spoke with someone on chat and let them know the problem. They stated they were open 24 hours, but never staffed. Then after my question, closed the chat! I started chat again and they stated they had to go to the bathroom! How unprofessional! I will not be purchasing from them. Because of pandemic, I did not open package until a week or so later, so it was probably best I did not send back. I would not have gotten the money back anyway so at least I still have the ring. I have only worn 2 times, but I don't expect much considering my experience already.
This company is a scam! Received a damaged ring (one stone is defective), and asked for a replacement. Originally I paid extra 20$ for express shipping to make it sure it arrived in time for mother s day and thought the replacement would make it in time. Three weeks later they haven't even processed the replacement order.
Customer service is basically non existent, in 5 business days of trying to contact them though their live chat I was able to talk to somebody once. Their phone number goes straight to a VM. Customer service via email ignores my emails and gets back with a two days delay. Now they want me to pay for return shipment of the original defective order although their return policy states that they are responsible for shipping charges in case of defective items. I asked them to cancel my order and they won't send an order cancel confirmation. SCAMMERS! Worst company I've ever dealt with.

They suck... no phone numbe, email the only way of communication. Now I know why! 2 weeks I all they are saying that was 9 weeks ago!

I bought a ring for my GF, I knew what I paid and my expectations were not sky high. The ring came in< it looked great, gave it to my GF and within a week, 2 stones fell out. I contacted Italo who said I could send it to them WITH $40 and they would take care of it? I said your product fell apart in 10 days and you want me to pay you more money to correct that? Bottom line, after going back and forth over and over, Italo will do nothing unless I pay them.
First ring the rose gold wore off the ring after a few months. The second ring I ordered 34 days ago and have yet to receive it or get a refund. Every time I contact the company I get the same line of bull. Definitely would not recommend! They will take your money and run.
I have loved Italojewelry for years and recognized them as one of the leading industries when it comes to jewelries. Their customer service is fantastic and they offer all the necessary services a buyer could need. And I recommend them for that.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have been waiting over a month and a half to receive my ordered ring. Tracking says it has not moved since the day after I ordered it. Pretty sure they lost my shipment, but they refuse to refund it until I return it, but I have to wait to receive it to return it. So basically just lost out on $150 because I am never going to receive it. Have asked multiple times for a manager to call me. I have received the exact same email every week for the last month saying, it's still in transit and tracking will update in a few days (which it never does). Instead of having someone call me, they told me to contact my postage office here with the tracking number. Called and sure enough the package still hasn't moved. Told them that and their response was it is still in transit so we won't refund it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL!
I purchased a $131 band on 2/6 & rcvd it 3 wks ltr.
The band I rcvd was 2x the size of my finger. Since I nvr rcvd a purchase confirmation email, i referred to PayPal for the reference number and contacted them on 2/27, and there we began a dialog with them responding after every two days.
As they requested, I sent a pic of a ring template on my finger showing the ring size, as well as a picture of the large ring they sent me, on my finger. I quickly recognized the company was shady, so I requested their rtn address, which they did not supply in any hurry.
They then began a series of emails asking me to send (tracking) which I had already sent, with threats of deductions for customization, even though the ring was not customized. At this point I was finished with them and opened a case with PPL. They did not respond to PPL and I rtnd their merchandise.
They insisted that I supply them with tracking info immediately on shipping, however I chose USPS Express & gave them tracking after they rcvd the pkg. They continued asking for the tracking I had already supplied. Finally, they admitted receipt and began a quest of badgering me to close the PPL case even before I'm refunded.
As of today 3/24, I don't have the merchandise, nor a refund, although I expect PPL to do right. Go figure!
I love this ring and its style. What an amazing gift to givr your sister on birthday. The style of ring is very attractive. I recommend it to my friends
My experience with italo jewelery was awesome. From the order to the package arrival, their service team was very coperative. The quality and design of the ring was best. Will definitely buy in future.
Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Was not at all as described so I wanted to return it. I followed their return process exactly and they ignored me. I requested an RMA four times. Finally they sent me a vague email full of misspellings that contained no RMA number. I repackaged my items exactly as they had come, returned them using USPS priority mail with tracking (as requested) and then never heard anything from Italo. No refund, no communication. Again, I started emailing their "customer service" address and after sending three messages and waiting a week, I was told that unless I could provide a tracking number they could not process my refund. No legitimate business operates this way. Italo is a Chinese scam selling cheap glass. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered jewelry from the site approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping and never received my item. I have contacted them through PayPal and through their own customer service and I've gotten the runaround for the last 3 1/2 weeks. They keep saying 2 to 7 more days 2 to 7 more days but still nothing. Their customer service department is a joke and now I have to file fraud with my bank because Italio sent me an email stating that I had to close my case with PayPal in order to receive my product. PayPal then told me that was the biggest mistake I could've made and that this represents fraud. So now I have to file fraud with my bank. Do not buy from this company.
