Wait forever to get item if u don't pay loads for shipment. They give you a tracking number but the package stay USPS waiting item for two weeks lol.

It's so beautiful in person! I was worried the ring would look flat and I wouldn't get the flashes of the blue design but it turned out to be great. I think the pictures didn't justify the true beauty and physical appearance of the ring. Everything looks pretty cool and I would probably recommend it!

I ordered a ring set March 29th, kept emailing and online chatting with the staff asking if I could get a tracking number. By this time it's June 2nd. I requested a refund and the staff was firm about sending a replacement. Each week I called just to check on the shipment of the ring and no answer. I had finally had enough and had to tell them I'm very unsatisfied and upset that the ring I bought my daughter wasn't going to be presented to her on the date she would graduate. I then told the staff if they could locate the shipment of the ring and finally they told me that the ring was lost and that they would refund me my month within 3-5 business days. Wow, 5 days later the refund was granted, and what do you know... the ring came days later in the mail. Wowwwww! So my daughter deserved a free ring for all the hell I had to endure
This company is based out of China, says they'll refund your money easy returns, they've received their merchandise back and I've been waiting 15 Days. They won't respond to PayPal they want me to cancel the dispute but they still won't send the money back... They have blocked me on Facebook snd Instagram and will not respond to emails.
Buyer BEWARE. Italio is cheap, low quality jewerly. It will take over 2 months to receive the jewerly because its shipped from China. Then when you realize the quality is so bad and try to return, they will try to offer discounts to keep the jewerly. This will go on for several days. Then they will allow you to return. When you provide the tracking # with return email, they will ask for it again because they can't find it. It will take over 4 months from purchase to return, to receive your credit. Go to Amazon, their CZ Collection is beautiful receive in 2 days, and if you don't like, refund is instant when picked up by UPS
I ordered something a few months back. They gave me a tracking number which i put in to the USPS tracking system showed me that it was being prepared at point of origing. The status did not change for about a month and a half. I try and insert the tracking number given to me and what do you know?! The tracking number is not good, information for this number not found. I contacted Italo via messenger. I engaged in a conversation with a robot, I'm sure of it. They then provided me with the a different tracking number and the same lame messages they have been sending me for months. Blaming covid. I asked for a refund they offered me earrings. I again asked for a refund they offered me a 10 dollar discount. At this point I gifted them money and I suppose I will live with that. The point of my review is to spare anyone else spending the money with this company and wasting their time.
This was my first order with Italo. Their social media and marketing make their products and company look first class. They had a mother days sale which i thought i would take advantage of. The first thing i thought when seeing their advertisements for mothers day in February/April 2020 was that i would be able to get something delivered by May (Mothers day) so i ordered WELL in advance.
Well its June 22nd now and i still have not received. I have sent countless emails into customer service in which they have provided me with a tracking number. The tracking number doesn't work and just shows its not valid. My last email into them stated i wanted a full refund as mothers day was well over with and the tracking number says the item is non-existent.
Their response was that unfortunately they could not refund me as the item is actually still on route. I said their tracking number they provided must be wrong because it shows non-existent and they said. Sorry. That is all
Anyways i do not have high hopes of every receiving this item so i will chalk this up as a lesson learned from ordering from these guys
Buyers BEWARE
I have been writing them every day for the past 3 months for them to replace the ring I purchased for my wife and I Anniversary. They have been ignoring my emails then at the 3 month mark they tell me I cannot get my money back for a ring they sent me that was broken. I sent pictures detailed ones at that. To show them that the ring came broken. I sent them my order receipts as well. They have been telling me the replacement has been in transit for 2 1/2 months now. I will make sure that everyone know that they don't put customers first after they take your money. $200.00 down the drain in this time of havoc and chaos. All I wanted to do was make sure our Anniversary was a great one even during Quarantine.
I've bought Italo Jewelry products on several occasions and I don't have any problems with them. Their products are high quality and has differents beautiful designs.
My husband ordered what was clearly shown on the website to be a beautiful wedding set for me as an anniversary gift to temporarily replace the original set stolen. I realize the order was placed just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but consistent emails/phone calls were met only with, "It's on the way." Instead of just stating that the order has not been place at all. Recommend not doing business with a retailer overseas AT ALL!
P.S. As you can read, several orders were placed several months before the pandemic!
Not even 1star. I received the ring on March 25th 2020 then 4days later all the edges of the stones were cracked badly like broken glass. So I contact to customer service and they gonna shipping a new item. But since from April 8th my package is still in China facility that the origin where package from. So I email them several times and they keep saying same general answer because of COVID-19. But you know what?! My other over sea packages from other merchandise never delayed. It's almost 2months passed and I worn thay ring maybe 2 times? I paid for what? Nothing? Also their customer services is worst. If you email them to ask a question it takes about at least 2-3day either no answering back.
The product is as beautiful as described; Stones sparkle like real diamonds, true to size, packaged in a very nice gift box and arrived in good condition. Seller's communication is great too. Am very cool and felt so good with this ring. It worth the cost! Definitely recommend

Answer: It took one month from the time I ordered and paid for the ring to receive it. It was not like the photo, so I returned it. The entire process with this company has been a nightmare. I hope you have a happy outcome.
