I recently bought a ring from this lousy company. They advertise Free Shipping but that's not so if you decide to return the item. They then charge you $10 for the original shipment to you even though that is not mentioned anywhere in their Return policy.
When I first advised them of my return, they tried to sell me something else at a discount rather than approve the return which they absolutely require. I had to go back and forth 4 times in emails before finalizing the return authorization. When I told them I refuse to be charged $10 for the original shipping, they had the audacity to say that I CHOSE free shipping, therefore they will take it out of my refund. They are total liars! The free shipping to you is automatic and they advertise it clearly on their website. But they PUNISH YOU when you return the item. They also wanted me to under declare the value of the item to avoid import fees they said. They're in California so what import fees are they talking about?
I decided to do some research into this company. They are actually a chinese company, and they have 123 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Many of the complaints are about hidden fees and poor quality. I am DISGUSTED with them. Of course I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I intend to register a complaint with the BBB as well for false advertising and dishonesty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE DISHONEST AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!

The delivery was in time and the quality of the ring is more than amazing. The products are really phenomenal and the price is affordable and reasonable. Please be aware that if you are ordering from the U.S., you will not be able to return your item if you don't like it. I am now stuck with an $80 ring that is a piece of junk. I would not have ordered from them if I knew returning the item would be so difficult and expensive. So really, consider this a "no returns allowed" "all sales are final" kind of company. And from what I received, the jewelry is not that great. Very disappointed and wanting to move on from this expensive mistake.
