Wouldn't take my return 3 days late after I was in the hospital. Shoes were never even out of the box. I won't support a business that puts profits ahead of loyal customers. There are plenty of other online retailers to order from.

I've purchased from Italist many time now and I've had a great experience every time. My Versace purchases are always delivered quickly and securely. The items are always in perfect condition and verified Versace. They continue to be a favourite site of mine.

The website advertises "free returns" but when it came to requesting a return for the bag I purchased, it turned out they would deduct shipping fees amounting to 68 EUROS! I was extremely disappointed at how misleading this is, specially when you're selling expensive, luxury goods. Now I'm stuck with a beautiful bag that 5 shades darker than on the pictures they had. Very disappointed.

I bought Burberry hoodie, but it has no Italist tag, haf too many lint and strange smell.
It's clarity that so many people tried on this hoodie.
However, Italist customer center didn't agree free refund, change and assure laundry expence.
I have never seen such a poor correspondence.
They are looking down customer. Be careful.

I buy to my husband Shoes and where to big. When I return the shoes they charge 80$ fees.
You never have the product or stay with anything and you give away 80$.
