For a number of reasons not important here, I couldn't forward my mail. The services offered by ipostal1 we're just what I needed.
Outside a couple hiccups with monthly charges and how to exchange them everything is fine. I was expecting to have an actual physical box at the office there I could retrieve my mail and packages from when I originally signed up. Like all other businesses that accept mail and charge a monthly fee. It would be convienebt to have a box and be able to access if after hours, like other places.
Everything's gone very well with this mail service and I anticipate using you guys for many years. Thanks very much.
It was a satisfactory experience, the letter arrived on time. The only observation I have is that I asked for the cheapest service and they passed me on to a superior one.
Convenient and not overpriced. I just use so that I don't have to use my personal address.

Prices to receive mail is cheaper than shredding mail. There is junk mail I don't need but unfortunately I have to pay to trash it. Besides that, the program works as designed. Very easy to use the mobile app.

So far they've been great, my only issue was they updated their mail pick up price from $1 to $2 and I did not get a prior notice.

Probably has a lot to do with the customer care at the location I am in (Staples near Government Center), and the site rep Patrick is fantastic who sometimes gives courtesy calls to confirm a large order. Scans are done timely. The online system works just fine. Wish there was a bit more clarity on costs of each specific order, and also larger discounts on even larger batch orders but I understand there are limitations due to labor costs. I highly recommend.

Up until recently my experience with iPostal1 has been fine. For about the last three or four weeks it's been very erratic. I had 3 pieces of mail that just disappeared. I was trying to get them discarded but the site just kept locking up so I got out of it. The next day I signed in and they were completely gone. I also had three items I wanted scanned and it took a week to get that done. Previously, I would have the scans the next day. Not happy at all with this change in service.
The only small comment is regarding the interface
That is not very friendly for example to find a scan of received mail it wasn't easy to find same for the option to forward the mail

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Since, unlike regular physical mailboxes, we have a record of each piece of mail received, we need to keep a record of when we remove it from your mail folder, whether to forward, discard or hand it to you for a pickup. In addition, by keeping mail in a folder, the number of digital mailbox customers is not limited to the number of physical mailboxes in the store, which has room for only so many.
There are some options that new technology is providing to expand hours when you could pick up mail. It is on our to do list.
