Within the first 4 months of contracting this service I had 3 separate issues. I purchased a scanning package and placed an order to have an item of mail scanned. Three weeks later, still not scanned, so finally my daughter picked up the mail. A piece of mail was placed into our box in error. I notified the company 2 times and it was never removed, I finally had to discard it after I was told I would be charged storage. Charged storage on another piece of mail that had been picked up. Did not turn out to be the service/convenience I had anticipated. I have now rescinded my mail forwarding with USPS and am in the process of notifying various institutions regarding another address change.
There is little to be said, other than that I had a good experience with iPostal1 so far. Affordable prices, lots of options for how to handle incoming mail and packages and easy registration to get your mailbox going.
Very cost effective service for my startup. Happy I made this decision.

I've been using iPostal1 for over a year, and since my first mailbox/virtual office, I created another one in a different state. I have no complaints at all, they are reliable.
For some reason I only got the message that I had mail AFTER they charged a late fee, I'm already paying for the service AND cost toe forward it to me, so I thought this was too much.

When a new piece of mail is inserted into your digital mailbox, an email and a push notification are automatically sent to alert you. You get 30 free days of storage for all mail and most packages. You could never be charged storage before receiving an alert about that piece of mail being inserted. We even send an alert 3 days before a storage charge is applied to give you a chance to forward, pickup or discard that mail item to avoid any storage charges.

I find the site at 325 W. Washington easy to get to. And the service is always friendly. He even knows my box number! I highly rate this location.
Easy to setup. And notifications are very timely and detailed.
Have not had any issues. I pick up or have mail forwarded. Very secure option for someone with family all over the country who travel a great deal.

I needed an actual address in Seattle and this has worked very well. Once I learned how to navigate the website, I have had no issues. The do what they say they will do, so far without issue.
I'm happy that it is performing as expected. I sent the envelopes sent to my company address to my country at low prices. Everything as it should be

Some of the additional fees can get very pricey. Didnt give me the option to forward mail to my register address. I'll continue a few more months to see how it goes.
I love not having to drive to post office to check box!

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
