Wasted money service was never verified and I have sent several emails

Hi, I don't receive much mail at this address, so I sent a test letter. It was received & I was promptly notified via email. This increased my confidence that I made the right decision to get a virtual address for my LLC.

I'm so happy this was available in my area cause my packages would always get taken. The only thing I don't like is they don't tell me when my package was dropped off, they'll tell me like a day later.

Our family is more than pleased with the service. We got the service because of having a credit card never arriving or removed from our at home mail box. Now all incomiing items arive promptly and can be held. When out of the country, we know our incoming mail is safe and secured. We shall continue to use this service for years to come.

Good - the interface for the website could be better from your company

Had a couple of hiccups such as mail forwarded to a previous address and someone else's mail in my mailbox. Contacting the local team cleared up the issues and I am satisfied.

IPostal1 service is extremely professional and organized. Not only do they sort, scan, forward and discard my mail for me - they offer excellent customer service and simple and secure way to obtain your mail. I hope to see this company open locations in all 50 States!

Non intuitive, buggy website. IT support not able to help.

Seems like the least expensive solution out there, but that's because the membership is low cost. Doing ANYTHING incurs further fees once you establish the service.
