We have been using iPostal1 for a long time now and we will continue to use as our avenue for our virtual office.
Request to forward low priority mail at low priority rate was ignored and sent via high priority service. What's the point of being given a forwarding option when it's ignored. To make matters worse, the proprietor processing the mail to be forwarded strongly asserted the content of the envelope required a higher level of delivery service as he was certain the content was a credit card. Wow! Nice way to make one feel the content of their federal postal mail is secure. Ipostal1 licenses their services brand to rogue licensees. After explaining my above described experience to a outsources call center, I never received a call back. Take this write-up as you will. In fairness, NOT all service locations are the same. I have great service in Boca Raton, FL.
Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking out a virtual mailbox service provider! Their website and mobile app has an extremely straight forward and easy to use user interface. Plus every single mail request submitted is handled promptly. Extremely happy with my choice in choosing iPostal1! FIVE STARS FOR YOU GUYS!

I felt the intructions for setting up an account and how that works - was not detailed enough, so I did need to rely heavily on Customer Service support to get all my questions answered. These was also mis-information about being able to forward a c/o address - which cannot be done by our PO, so we have not been able to forward mail to our new address. Also the need to have multiple employee names on an account. - even when it's addressed to the company name seems restrictive for remote teams.
My local vendor, Staples Studio Government Center, Boston has also been super helpful and responsive.
Its been ok, I appreciate everything you do. Your website is a bit difficult to navigate in my opinion with no real help until you are actually stuck and have to ask for it but otherwise everything else has been smooth
Very detailed and thorough customer service. I was very pleased to sign up and keep my identity private.
I like the convenience of having this and service and mail storage for my business and to be able to have the privacy to not use my real address.
The last time I picked up mail I got a notice saying it was still there and I would be charged extra if its not picked up in a few days. When I went back thinking I missed a new package but it turned out I needed to check off in my account that it was picked up. Wish there was an easier way that when I pick up a mail it should automatically register as complete. No complaints besides that. The cashiers working there are friendly.
All good, easy to use and good value for cost. I will keep the service and I will recommend.
I'm happy. But it was too hard to figure out how to download the pdfs and zooming in is clunky. I was afraid I couldn't read basic documents I already knew what they said. Scans are upside down a lot. Hope you keep polishing everything up. Would love to refer friends in the future.

My experience with my virtual address was amazing!
I had a quick response although I sent an email in on Saturday and as per usual the person was very helpful. I love postal because you make doing business in the USA possible with a normal address and low monthly fees.
Awesome experience overall. Gave 4 because I don't like the pick up fee and i'm not a fan of the pick up process in general. Thanks
Immediately after signing up, we received a letter, which they notified us of but no one could locate it. I called and told they be sending it out the next day. I waited two weeks then proceeded to call. No one could find or track it but my account showed a mail out date. I called to girl follow up and explained my situation. I called several times to see if anyone had seen it or if had been returned by chance. No one could assist and so I decided to email support. They replied with apologies and gave me an additional month on my contract. I appreciate that but would have wish to receive my letter. I ended up contacting the sender to ask them send to my email so I can print. Five months later, still no letter.

Our mail receiving process is designed to be secure and reliable. We set high service standards and work closely with our mail centers to maintain them. Something happened here which is extremely uncommon, but it happened to you, so we feel badly about that.

The customer service directly from ipostal is very good and so far they have solved all the problems, unfortunately it contrasts with the customer service of the site where my email address is located, the manager is not polite and has been careless with my mail two of the three times that I have received documentation, the times that he has made a mistake he has not solved anything and acts as if he does not care, that is why I have had to go to ipostal directly
We are using a private mailboxes while living in temp housing due to building a house. We like the app for the purpose of being notified that we have received mail, and seeing what it is and making a decision about whether we needed it picked up right away, or if it can wait for a few days. If there was one thing we could suggest for the app, it is that we would like to be given the option to notify the private mailbox center that the mail scanned to us is not ours, but belongs to someone else.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Thanks for your review and for sharing your positive experience with your iPostal1 Boca address.
Regarding your complaint at your second location, a mail center should not forward a letter or package at a higher service level or cost than what the customer requested without first getting approval from the customer. In this case, the mail center may have been trying to be helpful for your own protection, if from looking at the envelop they believed there was likely a credit card inside.
We checked our records and they show that our Customer Service team issued you a refund on Oct. 30 for the cost of the shipment, which was higher than what you had requested. Sorry for the inconvenience.
