My service with US Postal 1 will suffice, it gets the job done. I wish there were a location closer to me that wasn't extremely expensive

I just need a business address so that I'm not using my personal address on business paperwork. I will rarely actually get mail in my industry so this is perfect for anyone not needing office hours and does not have a team yet.
IPostal1 have a very good service and very reactive. I like the interface that is very intuitive and make managing very easy. Alos, the support is very good and always ready to answer question and bring help.
I was charged extra for a package storage that I had already picked up. That's BS!
I picked it up and was told that I'm supposed to schedule a pickup. I just received an email, and went to the iPostal1 location to get my package.
I did not know that I had to schedule the pickup, and I have found the instructions ambiguous with the website being not exactly the easiest to navigate.
I said fine, and that I would schedule in the future.
Then, I was charged for not going back into the system and scheduling a pickup for something I had already received.
When I called about it, the owner said he told me to do that, which he did not. If that was his intention, he was unclear. And frankly, he was a jerk about it.
I was unaware that I still had to go back into the system and schedule a pickup. It seems ridiculous that the system would believe the package was still at the facility and that I would be charged a storage fee for something that no longer existed.
So, no, I am not satisfied with the service so far.
There needs to be some sort of confirmation that the process works such as a welcome email. It was requested that i provide additional documentation and after I did so, I've never rec'd a response or confirmation.

We offer a great value at $9.99 per month at most locations for a mailing address with digital mailbox service. You would pay twice that much for a PO Box at most post office locations - and that does not come with convenience of getting notified when new mail arrives and the ability to forward mail, scan mail content, discard or shred mail using an app or your computer from anywhere.
We do charge for optional services like pickup due to the labor and time involved. But we chose not to offer ‘free’ services at a higher monthly fee because then customers who don’t use these services subsidize the cost for those that do.
All pricing and fees are posted on our Pricing page and in each mail center's details, as our goal is to be as transparent as possible about our pricing policy.

I am happy with IPostal1. I am satisfied with IPostal1. I am glad I signed up with IPostal1. I would absolutely, highly recommend Ipostal1 to a friend.
Overall my experience with iPostal1 has been good. I receive new mail notifications and am warned if the mail pickup is overdue. I do find the payment structure slightly annoying. I pay for a yearly membership and then I pay again when I pickup the mail. It is also inconvenient to have to wait for the clerk to bring me the mail. I wish it was a box unit that I could open with a key when I stopped by. The clerk at the location is rude sometimes.

The convenience, timeliness and innovative measures for obtaining a convenient address are stellar. Communication is done by email, which can be delayed, and would be my only improvement request.

I please with I postal 1. I am well greeted and taking care of when I pick up my mail.
I've had no problems with the service so far. I receive prompt service whenever a piece of mail is received and I'm really enjoying the service. I always recommend it to others when they're in search of a virtual office/address.
