I need to find a better location for my ipostal1 mailbox - the location for my mailbox is sharing the same building and address with another large company (other than Staples), and twice already my packages have been delivered to the other company... Even though the sender always put STAPLES on the package.
The billing is not clear in regards to receiving packages. I am charged $1 for every package I receive; I understood that the first ten (10) packages of every month are included at the basic rate.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. All fees for the Optional Services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package.

Great and wonderful service from the employees... only minor issue is sometimes there's no employee available with iPostal login to record that mail and packages have been picked up. But they are always cheery and are trying very hard to get up to speed with the new service model.

Service is a good offer except that you pay a monthly fee and then have to turn around and pay for disposal and have to make and appointment to pick up your mail.

$9.99 per month is a great value for digital mailbox service. You can discard mail items at no additional cost. If you plan to use the scan and shred feature, we offer discount bundles to save money. All fees for the Optional Services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website.
Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, website whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

I guess it's a issue with how slow the process is going in the transfer from the post office to your office, maybe it's the post office that is not doing a good service?

Regarding mail received at your center, it all depends on the actions you take. If you file a Temporary Change of Address at your local post office, then all your first-class mail from all senders will be forwarded to your iPostal1 address. Otherwise, only the senders you inform, whether business or personal, will know to send mail to your iPostal1 address.
If you did file a Temporary Change of Address, sometimes this can cause a delay in receiving mail via USPS due to the rerouting.

I have had my mailbox for a little over a month and have had a great experience. My clients have no issues dropping packages to me and I had only one issue with a pickup, but it was resolved very quickly. It was an oversize package that didn't fit in my mailbox, so I simply picked it up on my next trip.

Meeting my local people that managed my mail before I left. Town was wonderful. A name to a face and their kindness brings a personalized touch to what is cold, virtual and difunctional, not very well rounded as far as an overall feel of the business itself. Not complaining just giving feedback.

It's been great but there was a couple times where the Ipostal1 web site and app were not working for few hours but it's rare so I can live with that. Overall my experience has been really good and I would recommend ipostal1 to my friends and family.

It is very security-oriented, from the application process to open an iPostal account to picking up your mail. I really like how they scan the front of your mail and email it to you. No wasted trips to check for mail.

Your mail center receives your mail, inserts the image into your digital mailbox, and notifies you when you have new mail. Then they wait for you to create a task to tell them what to do with each item: forward, open and scan, pickup, discard or shred.

I don't have an experience. It's not very polite and pleasant. I pay for this five months ago and have yet to be able to receive anything or experience anything and I came off of $100 +25 for notary and I have yet not to see anything change.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Many mail centers allow you to sign the form in their presence, in which case notarization may not be required. To notarize your form without going to your mail center, you need to use the online notary service for $25. Since you signed up for the Green Plan 30 Yearly, the subscription fee is $99/annually.
If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. According to our records, you signed up on 12/4/2025 and your documents were uploaded on 1/16 and pre-approved by our team on 1/19. Our notarization process usually takes 1-2 business days for approval. The mail center has final approval in this process. Please contact your mail center to expedite the final approval process.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs.
