After many times of trying to a photo that the website approved, I would upload all the photos and documents, and it would then tell me that it could not identify who I was. So finally, I received help from Jamie. She was the best I uploaded all the docs to her and was approved. I sent two test letters to my Ipostal1 address, and they arrived, and I received an email stating of their arrival. So, I'm very happy that it all worked out in the end. You need to give Jamie a raise.

It all seems to be working GREAT now. But getting my spouse's form notarized and approved was a NIGHTMARE! If everyone goes through this, I'm truly surprised the reviews aren't more negative.

We are sorry for any difficulty you experienced with the notarization process. The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.

No issues with the iPostal1 service, the only reason I give it four stars instead of 5 is one that is particular to our needs and not really a problem with the service or the site. We would like to be able to swap our current iPostal1 address for another in a different state. To do this is a bit clunky. Still, for ordinary services iPostal1 is great!

So far everything is running smoothly and as expected. Although the post office does not wish to acknowledge my business address so right now there is no mail that can be delivered to Ipostal, until the Post office accepts the change. But I did get the mail from the post office to IPostal so it's working in that regard.
