I haven't really used it as I'm mostly using as a return address. Will test features a little at a time.
IPostal1 seems pretty good. I have only used it for 2 months so am kind of new to it. I see my incoming mail and can see the images so know what they are.
I like that. I have also picked up my mail. Works fine.
I had my first package come in and be re-shipped. It took me a little while to figure out the system, but once I did that, everything went smoothly.

I needed a mailbox in a different state with forwarding service for certain documents my business receives. IPostal1 does the job. The website is a bit outdated, but for the money, it can't be beat.
Set this up for extended travel having sold my home. Very convenient. I like that I can look at an envelope and generally can tell whether to open and scan or just discard.

I don't love that you have to pay to see the contents of your mail when you already pay every month just to have the service. From my understanding, though, this is typical with most virtual mailboxes. Otherwise, it's been serving my purposes, and is easy to use.
They lost my package, I been waiting more than 7 weeks to get my Iphone, and nobody knows where is. I been dealing with them all of this time and is really exhausting to call them everyday and sending emails who never answer or respond. Incredible bad service. I've talk with Sue, John and Sunshine all of them are really diffucult to reach by phone (always in meetings), they dont call back after a call back request. And emails nobody answer.
I've also tried to contact Larry by Fcaebook, same result. Nobody answer
I did not get any correspondence about my package and how to move forward with its delivery after its initial delivery. They just told me they couldnt scan it because it was a package and not a letter but they didnt communicate how to forward it to me and im scared my stuff is lost. Valueable stuff at that.
Terrible I never received my mail! I called and ask what's happening they said I just have to wait because covid everything is backed up.

Customer service is good, but I don't like the fact that I get charge monthly along with get charged for every piece of mail I pick up.
So I was looking for a way to sell my handmade items online without risking my privacy and ipostal1 gives me that chance. It gives me a sense of security when shipping items
Many calls and many tries and many chats on line to figure out how program functions. Paid two $59 charges, one per each of 2 shipments, and nowhere is what these charges are for. Aldo with an approx $80 package to France forwarding a condolidat ed package of mail, there was NO tracking info. Has not arrived yet.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

To ship a package that has been received at your mail center, please use the app or your online digital mailbox to select your mail item and then choose the ‘Ship’ task. You can then enter the shipping address and you will see real time shipping prices for a variety of carriers and service level options.
The Scan feature is used to scan the content of mail received so you can view a PDF in a few hours. Our Customer Service team will be in touch to help you out.
