We monitor reviews for authenticity
The start deserves a -0- star, as I signed up and forwarded all necessary documents electronically on November 27--that was the day of the first charge as well. However, I had to contact iPostal a few times as my account was not being activated. It did not get activated until December 7. I asked for a credit for 10 days and was given the runaround.
Since then it has been okay. But I have not gotten past the bad start and the refusal to credit me 10 days; I have a belief that a business that will not address a couple of issues will let me down if some other problem crops up. Consequently, I will cancel effective February 25; I have started to change my addresses.
I started the service at the end of 2020. I have only receives 1 mailing to the ipostal1 address. My reluctance to use the address is due to the charge of $2 each time I pick up my mail. I don't understand why there is a cost to retrieve your mail. This could be very costly for daily pickup. Other than that, I have no other complaints but will use the service sparingly and have mail directed to another address.
Good product, but slow user interface and very poor customer service if you ever need it

Very quick and smooth in terms of contact and quick for client service. I can only recommend it.
1. Franchise operators are not familiar with the product.
2. The app for mobile devices is flawed by limited functionality resulting in erroneous charges being added to customer bills.
3. Phone/chat/email access to support are inadequate.
My experience with Ipostal has been amazing! They have provided me with everything I was looking for in a virtual mailbox.
I'm using an ipostal1 box out of a Staples in Ogden, UT. The staff are still learning the new system, so sometimes there is some confusion when I go to pick things up. The website is a little clunky and dated. Otherwise the service is nice and I intend to keep using it.
I am confused why I am being charged over $1000. My monthly billing is $9.99.
I am delighted with my virtual mailbox! I just wished I would have known about them sooner! Keep of the great work!
Gives me a piece of mind knowing I don't have to receive so much unwanted spam mail to my personal address
I signed up on a promotion and I in put the incorrect email in error and I was not able to verify my infor, this was during Covid and there were not physical people available to help. However I was able to leave a voice message and a few days later the told me that they had fixed my incorrect email I had provided. But I never received the promotional discount and everything as complaint about the customer service was not able or willing to help, because she just when online and said that she didn't see it, and unfortunately I didn't take a snapshot of the promo because I didn't had no clue that I would've needed it.

However, you can save with a yearly plan, where you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free.

The notary portion is kind of challenging admits Covid, it was cool that they have it virtually but since the Secretary of State is closed its more difficult for me to get ID updated. The notary told me she could take an expired ID, then 1 postal says no and I had to end up sending my Passport. So that part of the process could have been more seamless if the communication between departments were cohesive.

I'm having some trouble getting Notarized, but that's my own fault. This website has been a huge help.
The team here in Minneapolis has been very responsive to requests and easy to work with.
No issues. Friendly service, prompt. I am pleased.
So far it is doing awesome, just what I was hoping for.
Fairly well, the only time that I really got frustrated was when my mail hadn't been scanned right and after going back and forth about 3 or 4 times they barely rescanned it like 3 or 4 days later.

You might consider picking up your mail less frequently, as your pickup fee for letters is the same no matter how many letters you pick up at one time.
