I have not received much mail as yet, but my limited experience with postal has been good. They quickly answered any questions I had.
No returned phone calls, emails that go ignored. I have called my local office 3 to 5 times about a letter lost bt them. Then today I get an email saying they will charge me for storage if I dont pick up the letter... the same one they lost.
I've had good experience with iPostal1. It is definitely better than using a PO box and dealing with the post office. It's less expensive than the UPS store and I've had no issue picking up mail. I've had FedEx deliver to the this address and when I get the push notification from FedEx that it was delivered, within 30 minutes I'm receiving a notice from iPostal1 letting me know it was delivered. The only problem I had was when I scheduled a pickup. Apparently I am charged a $3/item charge when scheduling a pickup. That is not listed anywhere that I could find. When I don't schedule a pickup it's the regular $1 charge. So I stopped scheduling pickups. Otherwise, I have been happy.
I did not realize that I would be waiting in line at Staples anytime I wanted to pick up my mail. And, Staples then needs to find the right associate with the key to get me my mail. This is a much more inconvenient/long process than I expected.
I love the options for my small business, I am able to receive mail without it coming to my physical address.

I Like iPostal1 A Lot. I Can See Exactly What Mail I Receive Because They Take Pictures Of It & It's Easy To Navigate. I Just Have An Issue With Transferring Mail From There To Another Address Because Sometimes It's Just One Piece Of Mail & They'll Charge Me $10 To Put It In A Bigger Envelope To Mail It Out. It Would Be Nice If They Wrote On It Stating "Sending Address Or Send To This Address" That I Wouldn't Mind But Overall It's Great!
I signed up for this to have a business address to put on my shipping labels. I have no actual need to ship anything to my address, but I would only use it as a last resort because the location I chose charges $5 for a package. Yeah! They charge me to come inside the store and pick up my own package lmao!
Setting this up is not entirely virtual, I wasn't about to pay someone $25 for a stamp so I went to UPS to get notarized - it was $4 there.
I signed up for the month to month as I didn't want to commit 1 year right away. My card is charged monthly with $9.99.
Someone complained customer service was slow but I used their site chat after hours and I was helped by an actual person and they were pleasant to speak with.
I am hapy that I get my mail fast because Ipostal1 informs me at once.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription.
