I really like the ability to see an image of the mail received.

I got an interesting experience with Ipostal1. You have a good service which give a many opportunity

No complaints here, I recommend it to others. As described on their website, you know what you can expect.

Considering that this is my first virtual mailbox experience, I'm pleased. The customer service is timely and competent. I did have an issue with being billed for stored mail despite the fact that I never used that service. It turned out to be an error arising from a lack of clear instruction on how I was to manage my mail pieces in the software. The issue was immediately resolved though.

Very convenient process that suits my business needs.

We had to leave our physical office during the pandemic and it was a PIA to drive 45 minutes each way to pickup mail every few days. This was the perfect soltuion to still get our physical mail but not have to drive to pickup unless it was something we needed. We mostly use the "scan" feature for key pieces of mail and it works out very well.

My initial setup experience was confusing with minimal support. Has been good since then.

Mail and phone works great for my buisness. Calls are directed to my cell and when I cannot get them messaging does great job collecting messages, mail is scanned for me as received so I know if it urgent or just junk.

Have been pleased in the two months that I have had an account. I experienced one issue when picking up my mail for the first time but the employee was very helpful and patient. The issue was resolved and I'm hoping customer service in the future is always so good.

IPostal1 has been reliable. I only use it to have an virtual address for my business.

Could not identify the steps to have the vendor consolidate and ship my mail to my address abroad.
