I'm glad I decided to try your service. Overall, its been a great experience. More convenient and less expensive than having a PO Box. The staff at the location i visit are very cordial and knowledgeable.

All correct, nothing special but they do what they day.
Running smooth until I requested a scan and got someone else's mail scanned to me. It was cleared out then my correct mail was scanned. A bit scary to think my mail may have been viewed by someone on the other end as well. I'll prob just be forwarding my mail instead of the scan shred option moving forward. I'll give them another shot though mistakes happen.

I have an account with iPostal1- Mailbox 1243 with mailbox at Islington, London, UK. While I understand that the current lockdown in UK is not helping matters, the staff at the N17AA location while being polite are unhelpful. Replies to email to the N17AA support require at least 3 reminders before being acted upon. The saving grace has been Ms Devorah from iPostal1 in the US who responds to the emails and forwards to the N17AA support for action. I had asked iPostal1 to consolidate and ship to India. My credit card was billed but I never got the shipment info. The parcel is stuck with UPS UK since 25th Jan 21 and my calls to N17AA support a standard reply "Call UPS UK". I have escalated to UPS UK Country Manager on this. Frankly, the experience has been pathetic and I don't see the value for the expensive services on offer. Looking at alternatives to iPostal1 before switching.

A postcard from Google was business said it was mailed on Dec 29 but I never received anything. I've requested they resend it.
Not receiving Mail/notifications for Mail. Even when I did get a notification for new Mail there was no new Mail in my box.

Thanks for your review. Our goal is to make using iPostal1 simple and pricing-transparent. We do post the pricing for all our services on the Pricing pages and by the address listing of each address on our website. Perhaps you missed some of this information.
Please keep in mind that at most locations the monthly mailbox fee is only $9.99. You would pay twice as much for PO Box and that does not come with the convenience of digital mailbox service, so this really is a great value and a tremendous convenience.
Some locations charge for mail pickup due to the time and labor involved in retrieving your mail and processing the task in our system so you have a complete history of the mail items.
We don’t charge any fee for notarizing your forms unless you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience. Notarization is required by the USPS to verify the identity of anyone who opens a mailbox, digital or otherwise.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
