I have never kept my mail longer than I'm supposed to. My mail has actually never remained at UPS store longer than a few days. I don't understand why I'm continuously receiving emails stating I'm being charged for additional storage. I demand a refund for all of the additional storage I've been charged for erroneously.
The service that iPostal provides is great, many flexible options for receiving, opening and forwarding mail. So far so great

No problem but I would like a more *frequent email of *mailbox status -
I'd hate to miss mail or the opportunity to have even "junk mail" sent to me.
I felt very comfortable when I left, I haven't had such friendly person. I will truly recommend this service.
They have great customer service. If I have any questions or concerns. They're available! I totally appreciate that.
Consolidate/ship requests are processed in a timely manner. However, new mail has on most occasions been added to my inbox on Sunday; seldom on any other day of the week. Wonder if Post Office service is the cause, or if iPostal is holding mail several days before processing?
Site is not very clear cut. No customer phone number. Communication via email which could take a few days. In the meantime your question or concern remains unanswered.
