It's been a great service so far. I wish I would stop getting mail altogether, and everything would just be digital but this is the second best option.
It was a little shaking in the beginning l, though through communication we were able to get things rolling. Wasn't really aware that I have to pay for my mail to get sent to me if I was paying a monthly fee, figured it was included. I wish the app was a little more up to date. Besides that, its been pretty good.
I am very happy with the resolution. I received a call from the corporate office as well as the local office in order to address my concern. There has not been a reoccurance on any issue.
I had a problem with some billing and they took care of it easily and immediately. Such a refreshing change from so many of the other big businesses you can only contact by computer. Please don't ever change and make me eat these words :)
I've really enjoyed my experience thus far with this service. I found it to be a much more affordable option than using a PO Box from the postal service.
I signed up and all was easy. When I received mail I was notified immediately.

So far, so good. I have not yet received any Mail notifications, so hopefully my mail is not being misplaced or lost. Otherwise, all seems ok so far.

Really horrible service. All problems. I contracted a one year service with them to open an LLC in the USA. At Notarize I verified all the documentation with a lawyer, but at ipostal1 they found the notarization to be incorrect and made me pay for the notary services again! Then I received a letter from the IRS in my name and that of my company and they did not give it to me, because they say that now I have to prove that the company is mine, it does not help them that in an official envelope my name appears next to that of my company. Is it legal to ask for private information of your company? Is it legal not to deliver an official postal mail if your name is written on it? In short, I do not recommend it. Everything is problems...
I was disappointed when I received the email that my email address was changed, right after I just paid my May 18,2021 yearly Bill. And I still haven't gotten all my late mail. And I've been over 3 times at the new mailing address, and they said I would get a new mailing update after I got my forms notification brought in. But it has been over 2 weeks, and no email from Staplesipostisl1.com support *******@staplrs.com.

I appreciate the good quality service that iPostal provides for my small business solutions. The onboarding process was super simple, and many options were available in my area. I plan on being a customer for life.
Letters take weeks to get there. Not even sure this works yet and get invalid charges. Not pleased

I'm notified of my mail. I receive a reminder notifications. The location is not far or hard to find. Customer service is always respectful and considerate. I love them!
I still am not receiving notifications when there is mail in my box. The only notification I've received was for a test package that iPostal sent to prove to me the service works. I have another stack of mail today that was waiting for me but I had no idea it was there.

Thanks for your review. You should receive notification of new mail by email or push notification to your phone within a few minutes of the mail being inserted into your digital mailbox, usually on the day it is delivered.

This is our second time using this service and we have had no issues. We use a local center for our mail forwarding and they have been very helpful with a few unexpected packages that came. I would use them again.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup.
We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people who do.
