Everything is exactly as described! I can use my address to send packages or mail so that when I travel I am able to have that mail redirected to wherever I might be.

I've been using iPostal1 for about 3 months now and it is as I expected. I like that my location does not charge me to pick up my mail. It is easy to just stop by and pick up my mail. The app works great. I receive my notifications regularly and when I see the photo of the mail I know immediately if it's urgent or not.
The service advertised is the service I am receiving. I receive front scans of documents which signals to me the urgency I need to pick up the item. I am notified when I am about to pass my storage time (30 days) which helps me avoid unnecessary charges. I wanted a low cost way to receive mail for my business not using my home address and this service definitely does it.
One does have to buy a bundle of mail opening, scanning and shredding nuts it's reasonably priced and as the title says, convenient.
IPostal is the modern day Postal Service meets email. Low-cost, easy to use, fast and convenient way to utilize this amazing service!
All is going well just as described. Very pleased with the prompt and efficient service.
As a service which gives us our mail as we are in between residencies it it great but the fees they add on at every turn really frustrating. Not only must we pay for this service but a fee for everytime we pickup our mail and another fee for packages seems excessive.
Each individual item that gets scanned has to have a separate pick up scheduled. It makes it difficult and time consuming for the postal store to mark as picked up in the system. There should be a way to combine pickups of multiple items within the app.

Thanks for your review. The good news is that you don’t have to create a separate pickup task for each mail item.
Using the app or the online mail manager interface, you can click on all the items you want to pick up then select the Schedule a Pickup task. This way, all the items appear under one task, the mail center simply has to complete one task and all the items are marked as picked up.

Overall a good service. Trying to get mail forwarded can be trying at times. The user interface is not as clear as it could be. But I have a place for my mail and ultimately I get it forwarded to me.

Very fast, comfortable and very good value. I would recommend to anyone outside the US who needs to monitor correspondence (letters, etc.). Great service!
When I signed up for the iPostal service, I provided an Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent and Utility bill. These have still not been processed and I am being charged for mail storage I cannot delete the mail because of the failure to process these documents. I have called customer service and been promised a resolution, but nothing has been done.
Wonderful experience very flexible and accommodating
This service seems to have value for home based business owners that need to separate their business and personal property. I was easy to sign up however completing the process has been somewhat confusing. Overall, I believe that the service still has potential to be of value.

Communication about when mail has been received could be better. I do a lot of Amazon shopping and USPS was bringing my stuff somewhere else so I lost trust in the mail delivery. Staples did a great job following up but it took several weeks to sort out.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at [email protected] about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

Thanks for your review. Our strategy is to charge for Optional Services only when customers use them, like scanning mail content, shredding, or pickups, in order to keep the monthly mailbox price as low as possible.
If we included more ‘free’ services’ in the monthly fee, the monthly fee would have to go up.
We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people who do. Our goal is to offer great service at a great value.
