It seems to take a long time for issues to be resolved and questions to be answered completely and thoroughly. Additionally, the process is confusing. Because iPostal1 provides training, I thought that this would be the best 3rd party affiliate to partner with, and yet I'm consistently frustrated with the process. Plus, it seems like clients have the ability to start having mail sent before they even have their 1583 uploaded and complete; I haven't had that issue with other 3rd party affiliates.
The payment system is also vague. I receive checks and I don't have any idea where to apply them. I was told to "view the report" - but there are a lot of reports and I finally figured out which one - but again, not entirely intuitive by the description of the reports.
The service performs as expected. We are very pleased.
Im always busy on the move so its easy just pick up and go perfect for me!
Staff is friendly and courteous. Service is fast when needed. I get my notifications on my phone as expected which I love!
The mailing place i go to is awesome. The clerks are cool and very organized and they're always a joy to speak with and shoot the breeze!

Charging for holding mail more than a month was not clear or understood nor the charge to dispose of the mail.It probably somewhere in all the narratives but it needs to be highlighted.

I never completed the form that has to be submitted that is signed by a notary. So I never completed the sign up process yet I was charged quite a bit of money for something I could not, did not, use.

Thanks for your review. The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper ID’s. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If not completed, you can still use the address for business but without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you have filed the Form 1583. Many customers use our services this way, as a business address only.

The staff was very polite and efficient. I walked in to a staff member greeting me. I gave him my box number and he immediately retrieved my mail.
The process is quick and easy to get setup. I especially liked the ease of changing my box number customer service was prompt in completing my request.

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning, disposal, holding mail and mail pick up. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.
