I have ordered several watches and have paid for the two day shipping. I totally understand that it takes 3-5 business days to fill an order but once that order is ready for shipment and shipping notice is sent to me, I would expect it in 2 days--just like I paid for. But in both cases the watches arrived 3-5 days AFTER they were shipped so I am not sure how this happens ( or doesn't happen).
Amazon has set the industry standard for shipping--two days is two days---not 3-5.
But I should mention that when I've brought this to Customer Service's attention, they have been totally understanding and have refunded my shipping charges.
I'm just suggesting that either the policy you have or the execution has to be clarified.
I am very happy with the speed and wonderful experience I've had with this company.
