Shipping wasn't that great package came and was in excellent condition watches and boxes in order and excellent shape. I think it took a while since I only live about 50 miles from the distribution center. And everyone I checked the web site it said order was processing never advised ship the package just showed up. But over all very happy.

Overall-- love the watch-(would of liked the dive box for storage)- as for delivery- too slow-- got watch from amazon after I ordered from invicta- amazon was here in 2 days-- response from customer service inadequate -- but somewhere down the road will purchase another invicta watch
The website shopping experience is HORRIBLE. Shopping was great until the checkout portion; the fields did not populate properly, I couldn't add my Invicta credit card, the addresses wouldn't allow for separate billing and shipping... I thought it was my device so I tried it on a laptop vs my phone. Same problem. It was a frustrating experience and I almost let the order go twice. But given the products were a gift, I called customer service and the associate placed my order. The human service was extremely helpful! And I am satisfied with the product. The site just needs some help.
Easy to purchase, sale prices are great. Already purchased 5 watches for Christmas and gifts. Will be back!
