Your website is not user friendly, and it takes far too long to get the watch. Why does it take you 4 days to process the order when I can get similar invicta watches from amazon in 2 days yet it takes 6 days from invicta.

This is the second Grand diver I have purchased and like the first, this is a beautiful watch. The watch works fine, but unlike the first watch the crown does not screw in smoothly. Instead it feels very rough and gritty. That has me a little worried so I will have a watch repairman look it over. Both of my watches are automatics. My first watch is unbelievably accurate gaining only about half a second per day. This watch gains 11 seconds per day so it is fine.
