I placed a instock item on 12-6... did not receive until 12-19. I sent emails and never received a response, I called several times and was on hold for more than 30 minutes each time! The one time I spoke with someone I held for 45 minutes! Customer service sucks!

Product was good. Took 2 and 1/2 weeks to get my order that I paid for 2 day shipping. So it came in well after when I needed it by. It was a good price and a good product. I think I should be refunded my money for 2 day shipping. And when I called I sat on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes before I gave up and sent an email. Heard back via email in a few days, but they didn't offer any solutions. And still haven't called me back. And never responded to my second email.

Everything was great and the second package received is the preferred method for me no signature required.We have lockers in the buildings that the packages can be left in.
The sale is amazing. However, the processing of shipping information could be a lot better. I expected an update and didn't get that on top of I received my order about 10 days after I ordered and was told 3-5 business days for shipping.
