Several times I tried to change my delivery date. FedEx site was difficult. Tried calling Invicta to delay shipment, got no help. Shipping was at best bad. Every other aspect of my shopping experience was excellent.

Very upset after I ordered, the very next day I get a email that the watch I purchased is on sale. So I emailed your customer service if I can get a credit for the difference and they told me No they don't price match which didn't make sense because I purchased it from you guys to begin with. I responded to them saying that is bad service. So essentially I would have to return the watch to you and reorder the same Watch so I can get the cheaper price. If I did this I am sure my present to my father would not make it for Christmas. Thanks Invicta your customer service sucks! This will be the last time I order from you.
