I didn't find it very easy to see when my product should be arriving
Great I didn't realize when I bought the watch that it was an automatic I have to wind it up all the time
Overall the experience was alright. I really like the product that I received and I got a great deal. However, I was not satisfied with the shipping process and did not receive my order in a timely manor. I had to contact customer service several times and all the information they could give me was that my order was still processing long after the '4-5 day' processing window. I will give you guys the benefit of the doubt since it is around the holidays, but I do think the processing stage should be more efficient.

Very quick and easy
It took 13 days for my watch to get here and when my watch arrived here the glass on the side was broken and I called in repair they gave me a return slip and they will not send me another watch until they receive the old watch there goes my Christmas gift. I will not revive my Watch because you guys sent me a broken watch no one is checking the Watch before it gets sent in customer thank you
One item I didn't receive a tracking email, item was delivered and securely packaged. Second item was delayed but did receive email confirmation with tracking information. Both watches are beautiful.
