My order did not ship for ten days I was told due to the holidays an the fact I ordered on a Saturday the 7th and it still had not shipped by the fallowing Friday. My wifes watch finnay shipped on the 17th.
I love the watch but it took so long for delivery. Ordered on 12/7 didn't receive till 12/18. When calling customer service if you could get through no one knew what was going on. I tried emailing many times never got a response.

I ordered a watch that was listed as 'in stock', but the order took well over a week to process. When I sent an email to ask why the processing was being delayed, I got no response. I love the watch and all of my Invicta watches, but it took too long to be processed. Once processed, shipping was quick and easy.
