Easy process for placing order
I placed my order received the first notification and and first watch two days later the other watch was just sitting in processing for a while no notifications or updated from invicta very unfortunate this was a Christmas gift and people get anxious when time is closing in... I called invicta 28 times in three day time and waited each time no less than 30 minutes before having to hang up I understand holidays rush it gets busy but I also emailed invicta four separate time with my concerns until today i haven't received anything. Like I stressed in my previous emails I love this product I have used invictas for a very long time but have always bought them from other retailers that carry them this is probably the first time dealing directly with the company and I'm very disappointed with the service.
The delivery time took a little to long in my opinion and I didn't receive an email about my shipment until the very end so it was hard to know what was going on with my order and tracking/delivery.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Took over a week to ship from the time the order was placed and when trying to reach the company on why, was unable to get ahold of a representative both by phone and email.
