Great experience! Received my watch in about three days, even during Christmas season!
Ordered on dec 11. Not received till dec 24 eve. Package actually showed delivered on dec 22. Which was a lie. Called fedex during Christmas for 2 hr hold and miraculously package shows up in my mailbox in 2 hrs.
Product was great my boyfriend loved it... Took awhile to ship but I'd order again with more time to spare!

I contacted customer service on several occasions via email and phone and was unable to get a response. I never received an email back regarding my question. When I called several times, I was on hold for over an hour without ever getting to speak to anyone.

I am very unsatisfied with Invicta. I Order an item on 12/20/2019, order number *******. I also paid an extra $29.00 for 2 day shipment so the item could arrive before Christmas. I also called back on 12/23, but the automated line inform me Invicta was closed for the Holidays. I was devastated. If I would have know this information I could have ordered the item from another vendor. Now my wife's Christmas was ruined thanks to Invicta plus I paid an extra $29.00 for nothing.
I would like to be refunded my $29.00 2 day shipping fee and humiliation for not having an gift for my wife on Christmas day.
