I paid $12 for shipping. One day later my girlfriend buy a watch and didn't pay for shipping because her's was more expensive and she got it first.

I was excited to get my pro diver, I was dissatisfied that I didn't receive the vintage watch I ordered bc because it was no longer available. The ad said '1 ' left when I ordered it. But obviously it wasn't. What ever goes wrong with needs to be fixed so customers aren't left with disappointment. If I were a new invicta I probably would have never made anymore purchases. But I've been a valued customer since 2004.

Ordering was quick and easy. Unfortunately though when I did checkout I ordered the faster shipping which I figured it would apply to my entire order, since I bought multiple watches. This was not the case. It only applied to one watch and the other came way later. It made me very concerned as to where my order was and if that were the case I wouldn't have spent almost $30 for just one watch to come to me quicker. In the end I finally received it and was happy to not worry about it anymore. However there is a separate order that was made and I didn't do any quicker shipping and it's been a couple of weeks since I've received any shipping information. I hope these situations were due to the holidays being chaotic because I love Invicta watches and will continue to purchase them.

Easy to navigate. I found a watch for my husband almost immediately. We first purchased Invicta watches about four years ago at Costco at my suggestion three sons, who loved them and still wear them. My husband mentioned the week before Christmas this year that he wish he had one. So, not knowing if Costco had them this year or not and having to time off work to check, I went online in your website and ordered it. He was so shocked and happy on Christmas morning. Thank you so much. We will find a repair shop to get the band adjusted, but he LOVES it.
It took way to long to ship, it arrived the day after Christmas and I sent an e-mail on the 5th day after buying it, and never received a response. Poor customer service.

Ordered on dec 11. Not received till dec 24 eve. Package actually showed delivered on dec 22. Which was a lie. Called fedex during Christmas for 2 hr hold and miraculously package shows up in my mailbox in 2 hrs.
