I purchased a watch for a Christmas present on 12/15/2019, money was taken out of my account on 12/16/2019. Today is 12/27/2019 and I have yet to receive the watch. No email response and I have been calling since 12/23/2019. This is so frustrating, not a happy customer at all!

Shipping the item takes way to long to process - 5 to 6 business days for in stock items but they charge your form of payment immediately. If you need to call for customer service to check on an order its ridiculously way to long. Over an hour waiting to speak to someone. Very bad!

The venom watch is sooo gorgeous, I just love looking at it and I also get an excitement rush because of the beauty of the bracelet, bezel and dial. Truly a work of art. Different from my other venoms. I love this watch immediately when I unpacked it. This watch is more beautiful in person than the picture. Pictures don't do it justice. If invicta made a rose tone version with the same gold center links, bezel, and dial trim, I would definitely buy it! Thanks for making another beautiful watch invicta.
Its Christmas time and everyone is really busy.This is a Christmas gift I ordered for someone who lives in a rural area.And not expecting anything like this watch. Great watches and easy website to order from! Will be ordering again it took way too long to get your order. And I sent two emails and got no replay even after they say replies within 24 hours. No use in calling set for hours on hold and nothing! Tried calling over 5 times!
