Great and fast shipping
I went to the Invicta store to try on a watch to make sure i got the proper size band. The store clerk assisted me and told me the right size band to order but when the watches arrived they were too small so i am in the process of returning the items. After multiple calls to customer service and emails i finally got a response. I dropped off the box for return yesterday.
No answer when you call customer service. Late response when you send emails.
I ordered a limited edition Houston Texans Invicta watch on 12/14 as a CHRISTMAS gift for my husband and on 12/20 I received a status update stating due to manufacturing issues my order will be late or canceled. Since then I have not received any other notifications from Invicta.com. On 12/26 I spoke to a CSR who informed my order was waiting for shipping label to be processed and here it is 12/28 and I have yet to receive my purchase or an update on the status of my order. Every year for the past 8 years my husband gets an Invicta watch to add to his collection however after this I'm not sure if I will be purchasing another due to the lack of communication and poor CS.
