Purchased a Watch on 12/18/19. As of today, 12/29/19 I still have not even received a "your item has shipped" email! Their customer service via email is a joke and they never respond. I am furious!

There were 4 iteams to this order. I have only received 2 of the 4. One of the iteams became unable and was canncelled. The last iteam has not been received and a case opened with FedEx. But can do nothing past that as I WAS NOT THE SHIPPER! I have conntact customer support twice by phone and 3 emails with no resolution to the missing iteam. I have at this time filled a dispute for the charge with my CC provider. Next step is BBB but with a C rating already I'm sure Invicta doesn't really care

The only issue I had was the delivery time from when my order was place. It took 15 days for me to receive my item.
I put in three orders (2 in addition to this one) on or around the 14th of December. All three were suppose to be gifts and all 3 to date have not been received. I E:mailed you once already and received a cookie cutter response. Very disappointed to say the least.
For preowned items, it would be beneficial to include instructions and/or brochure for the watch.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
