I cancelled this order. I ordered on December 16th with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I reached out many times via email and phone to get status because the website continued to state pending. Finally on December 23rd, after an hour on hold I finally got through to someone who said it would be shipping on the 24th and I would have it 5-7 business days after that. That wouldn't help me for Christmas so I cancelled the order.
When I pay for 2-day shipping. I would expect to receive my watch in about two days. It took almost 10 days. The lame excuse I got was it was shipped with two day delivery after the order was processed. I guess you just got an extra $29.00. Will never buy from you again and alert anybody who is considering shopping from you.

Delivery dates needs to improve
I expected the watch to arrive before Christmas. It was extremely disappointing that it did not arrive until the day after Christmas. I also thought that the watch could be used underwater.
Because I was never able to speak to a person I wasn't confident my package would arrive furthermore, It was shipped much later than I expected therefore it arrived late. I'd probably just go in the store from now on. The item purchased wasn't what I expected so I will need to exchange it.
Shipping time is terrible.
The ordering process was easy however it took forever for the delivery. I was expecting it before Christmas which I did not receive it on time as a present to my loved one. I also called and did not receive did not get through,I sent two emails ask for an update or tracking number and I didn't receive a response. I will never order around the holidays again.
