I do not have much to say since I am returning the watch without using it. Otherwise, I am happy with the shipment and quality. I am only returning it because my husband wanted a different model.

I was not totally satisfied with order handling. I selected the "upcharge" option for 2 day "processing". I understood this was not expedited shipping, however I placed the order on Thurs eve Dec 12. I did not receive any communication that the order was processed until Thurs afternoon Dec 19, after 2 emails.
I feel that if I hadn't reached out with the TWO EMAILS, my order may not have been handled timely.
Receiving the email from you informing me that the order would be going out was a welcome sight, however the added stress was not appreciated.
