I have had an Invicta product for years and now bought my son one
I ordered 10 days before Christmas and received the watch on 12/30. During the process I received numerous emails and was not sure the watch was going to be delivered. We are happy with the product but the supply chain process was difficult.
I got my first order but your dragging your feet on shipping my second order and I paid for overnight shipping you processed the payment but didn't ship not cool I'm not happy about that
I purchased a watch on 12/16 for my husbands xmas gift. You sent and order Confirmation #, took the $ from my account and i saw and heard NOTHING from you after that. I never got the package. After repeated calls to you, email and a voice message to you. I still recieved nothing from you. No response, no email reply, no answered phone calls. I finally canceled the order via paypal on 12/26. THANKS FOR NOTHING! You ruined my xmas gift giving. I will NEVER place an order with you again, and will tell anyone & everyone to do the same. This watch was the one thing my hubby really wanted, i was finally able to afford to get it for him...and you guys wreaked everything.

Overall experience with invicta has been rough. I understand it's holiday time but that's no excuse for being lied to and provided false info on numerous occasions as well as having to stay on the phone for over an hour before anyone picks up my call.

Absolutely terrible experience. It took fourteen days for Invicta to even process my order. By then, I'd called the customer service line three times to which I didn't receive an answer. I just sat on hold for 15 minutes at a time... I also sent numerous emails which all have gone unanswered. My order was a Christmas gift and it arrived well after the holiday. Again, it took two weeks to even get an order confirmation (which was after Christmas). Completely unacceptable!
Order was delayed and almost cancelled due to availability, even though I ordered with site listing them as in stock. No real communication and unable to call customer service due to call volume. However, status service onsite was helpful.

I was not satisfied with my order and tried to contact customer service via phone on two occasion. The first time I waited on hold for 30 min and was never connected to customer service. The second time I waited for 60 min and was never connected to customer service. Prior to trying to call the second time, I sent an email to inquire on my purchase and never received a response. The purchase was a gift that was ordered two weeks prior. I purchase a watch somewhere else so I would have the gift in time only to receive my invicta purchase the day after I needed to give the gift. This would not have been an issue if I was able to contact customer service over the phone or by email. I also did not receive an email that the purchase had shipped with the tracking information. All in all a bad experience all around. This is disappointing because I have 2 invicta watches.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
