Couldn't speak with anyone at customer service. Usually I don't have to call, product usually arrives on time or early. I am guessing it was because of the christmas holidays. I did receive it right before christmas day (Thank God). Still in love with Invicta watches. My husband collects them and I wear them as well. I was just a little frustrated this time, because I wasnt sure if it was going to arrive on time and was unable to speak with anyone...
