I made an order that of 4 articles of which I only received 3. I try to call the number that appears and it is impossible to communicate. I need you to answer me for the missing article (Invicta PRO diver mens quartz 48mm gold case- model *******).
My experience was HORRIBLE! I placed an order for a beautiful watch as a Xmas gift and was promised it would arrive by a certain time. I never received an email tracking info, so I called 1st time waited on hold for 1hr 55mins. 2nd time, 2hrs 4mins, 3rd time, 58mins before I finally spoke to anyone, keep in mind I had also sent several emails, at this time 2 weeks passed and only then I was told that the items were out of stock, I threatened to cancel and be I knew it they canceled it, it was a NIGHTMARE! Will never order from them again! Still haven't gotten the watches!
I hope in the future receive the purchase more fast.

ORDERS FOR MUTLIPLE WATCHES SENT OUT PIECE MEAL WITH NO TRACKING PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID RESPOND ON THIS ORDER AND ADVISED. BUT I HAVE 3 OR 4 MORE ORDERS IN THE PIPELINE WITH NO UPDATES.
So far so good. Service was a bit slow because of the holiday period, bur so fat 2 of them have made it here, and I expect the last one in the next few days. Keep up the good work!
My order came 3 weeks after I ordered it sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to talk to someone about where my order was. I have never had to wait long than a week on all my other watches I have purchased from you all

The watch is beautiful, shipping was fast and the product price was reasonable. The shipping was excessive at over $12 and had my son not asked for this specific watch for Christmas, I would not have purchased it due to the shipping charge.

Purchased a cerified pre owned Reserve Bolt Zeus. The smaller second at movement is not working.
When ordered additional freight was paid and order indicated a delivery date of 12/23 ( before christmas) but actual date delivered was 12/26. This was my disappointment. All else was great.
