I have issues with the pricing, and it is not the same watch advertised on there site. Model # ******* says it has an ETA movement and Swiss Made, the model sent says its a *******, but has a Ronda movement and is not Swiss Made. I have tried and still am trying to reach out thru phone calls (busy or put on hold) and emails with no answer back. With service like this I will probably not buy another watch from them.

Easy navigation, good selection. Invicta comes up with some interesting designs.

Delivery was slow but at that price was worth wait

Ok, I paid for two day shipping and it took 3. I purchased watch on my Invicta Card thinking I would be paying $10 per month, like I do on Evine/ShopHQ, like it was advertised by Invicta...when bill comes from Syncrony it is like $28 per month instead because there is a minimum so I feel like I was mislead and not sure I will used the card again to make purchases.

I still have not received the Star Wars watch ordered on 12/24/19. It does dot even show up on order history. Payment was taken out of my account. I can not get reply from help.

Great item and fast shipping

My item was sent without tracking information thats kind of hard to beleive you would send a $400.00 item through regular mail without tracking and delivery conformation I finally found my watch. Your web site still list my watch as processing even though it was shipped out over a month ago.

I still haven't received my order I placed on 12/24 and called and left on hold for over 50 minutes with no resolution, and emailed about my order a couple times and still didn't get nothing resolved. I am very frustrated on how I haven't received my order yet. Please give me an update or I will be canceling my order. This is terrible customer service.

Timely delivery

I love the service and quality of your products.

I ordered 3 watches on the same order. Two of the three have been received, no idea when and if the third watch is coming. All have been paid for already. Shipping time was about 2 weeks for the ones I have received.

I'm so annoyed, I have been trying contact by e-mail and calls, but never answer nobody. I received my order incomplete. I just want to ask for a refund.
