MY WELCOME 10 CODE DID NOT WORK
Did not know what to expect with the $25 two day shipping option. I placed the order at 1040am on Tuesday, 12/24 and received my watch on Tuesday 12/31. I guess there was a few days to get it to the carrier. (FedEx)

I ordered my watch over a week ago and have never got a tracking number. I've emailed and called for multiple hour and a half wait times. The worst site I have ever dealt with and still don't know what's going on.

I have emailed invicta 2 times. I still haven't received my order. I placed that order on December 21st and paid for 2 day shipping. It is now January 6th. The products received are always of the finest quality. I thoroughly enjoy wearing your time pieces. This is the first time I've ever ordered from the site directly and it was very disappointing. I understand sometimes shipping takes a while but only after I inquired to customer service did I find there was a delay. I waited almost a full month before receiving my product. Never once was there an email to update me about my order progress or that they were waiting for a final piece to my order. It's a horrible turn around time from the moment you order to the time you get the product. With how fast the charge is placed on your card and lack of communication, I was almost left feeling scammed. Like I was never going to see what I ordered. The shipping process has to be fine tuned. Even if it takes long at least take the time to keep the customer in the know.

I absolutely love my first invicta watch.
Took waiting a month and then having to email cs to only find out the second half of my order was canceled. The item was out of stock. I was refunded after I had to contact cs. Would much rather preferred the watch, it was a Christmas gift. I've purchased close to 50 watches this past year, either as gifts or for myself and feel let down on this one...

Y didn't welcome code work
Product viewing and order process great - very easy. The only problem was that we received an e-mail saying the watch might not be available. We were given a $10 off coupon, so my husband immediately ordered another watch. Ultimately, we did receive both watches, more than I wanted to purchase at one time, but that was no fault of Invicta's - it's just that he didn't have the patience to wait and see if the first order would be filled.
