Excellent watch for an excellent price!
Customer service waiting time was 50 minutes, processing and shipping length of time was 2 weeks, overall very disappointing
I bought 10 watches in 3 separate orders to 2 differen addresses. First shipment was short shipped by one item. The other two arrived complete and pretty fast. Contacting customer service over the holidays was a nightmare, but when finaly was able, customer service rep. Was corteous and resolve the issue immediately. No complaints at all.
Ordered Dec 20, received Jan 11 after customer service interaction.

I was worried that I wasn't going to receive my watch because I gave a wrong # in my address. But I did receive it and the FedEx young was kind enough to call me letting he was outside of my apt. Unit with my package. Overall experience was FANTASTIC! Thank you!
Fast shipping great watches low cost
Both watches I ordered went on sale the next week. The Bolt Magnum went down by $70. Very disappointed

Lots of beautiful products, easy to find what you're looking for. It just took some time to arrive, however this was over the Christmas holidays. Customer service should offer more communication as to when to expect the order.
Did not like the website layout, it started to make us feel like it wasn't legitimate, once's signed into my account there wasn't an option to sign out, so we had to hard close out of the browser. There was no option to cancel the Oder under my order history if need be. Could not get through on the phone to contact customer support or email until my watch arrived. Overall I thought I was being scammed until my watch came. I'll be using amazon for now one if I were to purchase another invicta watch, however it's unlikely
