Do not like having to receive different shipments for the same order.
I was a bit confused when I didn't get any notification about my watch shipping for over a week and a half after I ordered but I guess they don't send the message until it arrives from their factory at their shipping facility. Once it was sent though, the watch arrived next day. Very happy with the product!
This is the second order within months that I had to reach out to Customer Service on the status of my orders. The first order showed the order as completed, but was not shipped and no tracking number. The second order remaining in processing for over a week, until I reach out to Customer Service. I will say that I received excellent service from Customer Service and received the items with 48hours. I love Invicta, but don't love having my orders delayed. Please review your shipping process. Please note: I recently ordered another item, so I hope I don't have the same issue with that order. Thanks!
Nice watch only problem band is a little big
I've ordered from Invicta before with no problem. I understand that it's the holidays but Invicta could've informed us when we ordered that it would be a delay with our orders. I ordered this watch for my husband because it was our anniversary but of course it didn't come in time because I just got it today( what a disappointment,when our anniversary was December 31.) I've sent several emails but no one responded until I found another track order email ( which wasn't on the help email Invicta have on the website) OVERALL IM VERY DISAPPOINTED! BECAUSE OF THE WAIT TIME AND I KEPT CALLING I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE I HUNG UP BECAUSE I GOT TIRED OF BEING ON HOLD MY HUSBAND LOVES HIS INVICTA WATCHES, BUT SORRY TO SAY WE WONT BE ORDERING FROM THE THE WEBSITE ANYMORE!
Ordered four watches on December and the order got split up with no information or tracking on two of the watches just to get noticed the day the last two got in two weeks after the first two arrived

Revived shipping confirmation with no tracking. Sent emailed customer service twice to find out when I would receive my order with no response. Called numerous times to speak to someone regarding my order and sat on hold for over 45 minutes before giving up. I attempted 5 times to reach someone regarding the shipment. Finally revived the order 11 days after I placed the order. I would have liked to know when I would be receiving the order, but was in the dark until one day my order showed up.
The watches are phenomenal and a great product, but your customer service is lacking and needs improvement. Exceptional pricing for such quality. Better communication is a must. Overall experience 3 out of 5.

I ordered the watch on December 23 but did not receive it until Jan. 8. When I tried to call, I spent over 2 hours on hold. Once I sent a message via Facebook, my problem was immediately solved and I had the watch in 2 days.

I'm overall satisfied with the three watches I purchased but due to the holidays I guess shipping and processing of my order took awhile, almost two weeks after I placed the order even though it was ground shipping it took awhile. But overall I'm a happy customer and once I get my last watch I can give this to my friend.
