Not a happy customer, I ordered on the morning December 26, even before 10 am. Paid for overnight shipping, we received nothing the next day. When I finally reached customer service after several attempts to your toll free number and waiting on hold for over 2 hours. I was told, you were closed for the holidays. I understand offices being closed, but it did not state anywhere on your website that shipments would be delayed and your business was closed. Then when I do get a live person I get told that all orders take 5-7 days to process, then please explain why you offer overnight delivery? Not happy on that one. She tells me my order will be to me by Jan 7th, that comes and goes no watches. Mind you these were Christmas gifts, hence paying overnight shipping. I proceed to call again, the run around I was given was unbelievable. Found a manager and emailed her, only to be misinformed again. I understand you had several orders to fill, but you don't have tell someone we will ship these out overnight right away and I do no receive my product until January 13,2020 at 6:15pm. My husband and I love your product, we are very unhappy with the customer service we have received. It took over 2 weeks to get these items that should have been overnighted to start with. There are several other watches we are looking at and even need a couple of 8-slot cases, but as of right now we are a little leery in shopping with you anymore. I will take even one step further, I sent an email to your CEO and as of today's date not one email has been sent to me asking me what they can do to make it right, we are sorry, I work in an industry were our customers come first. This has not been the level of customer service I would come to expect from Invicta.

The price of the watch that I ordered dropped by $50.00 the same day that I placed my order. I called 3 separate times to speak to Customer Service about a price adjustment. I spent a total of 1 1/2 hours on hold trying to speak to someone. I gave up trying to speak to someone and emailed Customer Service 2 weeks ago now and still...NOTHING. I have over 100 Invicta Watches in my collection and this purchase may be my last one. This lack of customer care is unacceptable.
