I am usually very satisfied with Invictastores.com. This year I ordered a watch as a Christmas present and ity arrived quickly. I did not like it and returned it. I then ordered another watch right after Christmas, but this one seemed to take forever to ship. Each time I checked the status of my order, it was "Processing." I finally emailed Invicta Stores and it was shipped within a day of my email. I realize it was the Christmas rush, but as I stated in my email, they can ship orders a week from Christmas to get them to the customer by Christmas, but after Christmas, not so fast.

Cannot understand why it took 10 days to ship. Also cannot understand why after a week and a half I get a notice that one of the items was no longer available. (Not sure yet if the refund went through.) I would think that the site would be kept up as to availability of items.
