Love the watches, I'm a fan! I've ordered several in the past with fast delivery times. Not sure why, but for some reason this last time I didn't get an order confirmation and it took 3 weeks to receive my purchase which was a little unsettling. When I reached out, they responded. I will still continue to purchase from them.

I will most likely never order from your company again. I order a watch after Christmas paid $60 for next day delivery took over a week to get. I just can't see wasting anymore of my money on a company that also has very poor customer service. I never got a call back but instead a very unhelpful e-mail. I understand the 9-5 but it is very difficult when you have a 9-5 job yourself. Customer service could at least email communicate back and forth with someone. The only reason I did a second order after I was done wrong on the first order was my Godson really wanted the watch.

There was a delay in getting the watch, called customer service and they upgraded the shipping to 2 day at no additional charge.
I placed an order for 2 watches that were marked down and paid for items. Prior to delivery I was notified that one of the watches were out of stock which surprised me because it was marked down and available when I placed the order. I emailed customer service to determine once item is back in stock would it be shipped to me at the sale price. I was advised unfortunately no. I own approximately 7 invicta watches and honestly not sure if I'll anymore.

I placed my order on December 30. I immediately received a confirmation email of the order. This however was the first and last contact I had with the company that they initiated. I called several times and was left on hold for 45min or more. Finally after remaining on hold on my day off for 1hr 17 min someone answered to let me know my order would be shipping. I emailed as well and only got a reply after two attempts. This company has beautiful products but the service and communication or lack of is beyond poor..

The watch is beautiful, just not sure if it's big enough. May exchange.
I don't even write reviews but this was the worst shipping experience EVER! It's took 3 weeks for me to receive my package and when I called customer service I would just be on hold for hours on end with no response. The watch is nice and all but never again.

I wish there was a brick and mortar store in my area.
Since there isn't one anywhere close to me, I wish the promotions that are available to in-store purchases would also be available to people that don't have the access to a store. I would start a collection of Invicta watches with the better promotions.
No contact through via telephone nor email, I did receive my order and is satisfied!
