Received watch not working...will send it back asap...
I have been trying to reach the customer service line for one week one day I was on hold for one hour and 15 minutes and still never had anybody answer the line. I was reaching out for the fact that the purchased item went on sale the next day for $80 from 248.00 and wanted to have a price adjustment. After I spoke to a customer service representative they said that they don't do that and if I refresh my screen it will not be on sale the following week. Of course it took a week to get a customer service representative. Then the product came and one of the bands were broken in which my husband had to assemble. Been a loyal Invicta customer over the years with 15 watches purchased by my husband. This is the worst experience I have ever had and can't say I will support the product any longer. Especially when you won't do a price adjustment nor stand behind your item or reach a customer service representative *******271 Crystal Lung. I will put my number on the last survey to see if anybody has any true meaning of customer service
