I ordered the Sea Hunter on 1/3/2020 and recueved it on 1/18/2020. I called customer service three times and was transferred to (3) different persons, none of which spoke without a really heavy Spanish accent. I was given $20 off if my next order and told on 1/14/2020 my oder would there in 1/16/2020, guess again. I don't believe I will order through Invicta.com again, I will stick with ShopHQ. Terrible experience with this whole ordeal.
Overall experience was fine.
During the ordering process, you should have the option of having different billing and ship to addresses. Shipping did no occur till 9 days after the order. I had to ask why it wasn"t shipped. If shipping is delayed for any reason you should pro-actively let your customer know.

It just takes you too long to get the product shipped. Once it actually shipped I received it right away. But I almost cancelled the order. I could have gotten faster from Amazon.
Great watches and prices but customer service is at an all time low... impossible to reach and delayed my order by three weeks without notification... had to call which took me three tries on different days literally on hold for 37 minutes as the shortest wait... the first two times I hung up after over 40 minutes. Then the service person looked up my orders... yes I ordered two watches. She said well we were closed until 1-2-20 so nothing was processed. All they had to do was send out an email to existing customers with open orders of the company holiday schedule. I respect the holidays for people I just wanted information. I was charged immediate over $600 so maybe a little information would have been appropriate. I am a lean analyst in logistics... I would have had 5 to 6 easy solutions for you as a company. Anyway the product is what sells you... I have six watches now but am very hesitant to order from you again. Maybe you can use this as a learning review.
Your shipping and updates need improvements. I shouldn't have to call to get tracking information 5 to 6 days after I place an order to find out it's shipped or still waiting to be shipped.
