Took over two weeks to get my order. Had to call three different times to find out where the order was. Must improve your time sending out products. I have ordered almost a thousand dollars worth of watches the last three months and I love you watches but it should not take 5 working days to process an order from a warehouse...and then days waiting for fedex to pick the order up. The process takes to long. When someone pays hundreds of dollars for your watches the watch should be shipped the very next day not take 5 days to process the order. May need to hire more personnel to deal with the demand. But I do love you watches and have been buying Invicta watches for years. I buy them for my whole family.

Shipping time was a little long. I chose standard ground so I knew it would be a few days but there was little to no communication once the order was placed. More communication about the order would've been helpful.
