There was a mix-up and delay with my order initially. When ordered it indicated that it was in stock and would be received before Christmas. I later called Customer Services and was that the specific model had been discontinued. I was then told I could receive credit towards another purchase, or a refund.
I purchased another watch which recently arrived. I am pleased with the watch.
My experience with Invicta is excellent. Always receive my order on time or early.
It is too long just waiting for shipping confirmation.
And I'm not able to track my order.
So I never know when is the item will arrive.
I hope this issue can be fix.

Very easy website to browse. The watch I ordered was better looking in person. The only thing I would suggest is for Invicta to add more images from different angles and to tell how heavy and the height of the watch.
