This one is very attractive, very fashionable. Love my watch, seems well built and and a quality piece. But time will tell it longevity, if that quality will last

Great selections and deals. Fast, Secure checkout. This was the 13th watch I purchased from Invicta.com and by far the most problematic and disappointing. I spent close to 2 hours on hold over 3 calls just trying to get a status on when the watch would arrive. The 1st time about a week after I placed my order the agent rudely told me that Invicta takes 4-5 days processing time and that information was posted on the website. I was also told that the watch was not yet available from the manufacturer and to call back after that time. The second time I called, I was told my order had received a tracking number and would ship 2 day from Hollywood, FL and I would likely receive it the next day. He sent me an e-mail with the tracking number which for 2 days was in pre-shipment. I called again and was told the watch would ship that day and would arrive over the weekend, which it did. When it did arrive there was no cleaning cloth as there has been with nearly all of the watches I have purchased from Invicta previously. Keep in mind, I sent an e-mail to Invicta a day before my first phone call which essentially went unanswered since the e-mail I was sent was in response to a phone call with an exceptionally long wait time. I wanted one of the camo cases around Veteran's day and sent an e-mail to Invicta and never received a response that time either. I understand it was a big delay because of the holidays (a fact that was impossible to escape since I heard it every few minutes while on hold), but even with holiday volume, the whole experience really made me re-evaluate my relationship with Invicta. They did send me a BOGO coupon for an in store purchase, but I have never been in a retail store since that is not my preferred shopping method for watches. At this point, my interest for Invicta watches has decreased considerably, because even if the watch is sold at a significant discount from its retail price, the service is what ultimately counts.
Part of my order was #*******, watch and case special. It did list the case on the invoice, so I thought it must be automatically puled together. When I received the watch without the case, I called. After an hour and fifteen minutes on hold, I had to get back to work. The next day I called again, was answered after 15 minutes, and was assered the second watch and case was coming. I then received the second watch, sans case. I sent an email explaining everything and was given an inappropriate response that indicated the email was not read. I called back a third time and got Jennifer. I now have my watch case.
She was also to look into a separate issue, but I have received no updates.

It was great, but I had the worse experience trying to reach someone in customer service. I needed to make a change on my order, and I could not reach or talk to anyone at all. Write after l accidental touch the wrong button. It lock me in on that purchase. Your customer service line had me on hold for 2 HOURS, and every time it kept sending me to repair. I made that purchase on 12/27/19@ 12:58 pm central time. And I call every day all the way up to the 1/6/2020 to talk to someone, and still did not talk to anyone. I sent an email and never received any responses back from anyone. So I had to end up keeping the product, because the watches I was trying to get. They were all Christmas gifts. I have bought a lot of watches from you all. But by for this was the worse experience I had ever had with you all, I am just totally disappointed in my over all experience with this purchase. Now I had to use them as Christmas gifts, because everyone was going back to their homes that lives out town. The only thing that I have to say is, I am not happy about this.
I would give 0 stars for the timeframe it took to get my purchase. I was unable to reach anyone in customer service and was on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes with no answer to my call.
I finally sent an email and received the same response days later that I received while on hold.
It would be beneficial to be able to leave call back information instead of keeping customers on hold with no realistic person to answer the line.
The price was good and the watch was what I was expecting, but I would suggest anyone to order the INVICTA watches from a reliable online 3rd party to ensure that you can reach someone when you have questions/concerns regarding your purchase.
This has been the most frustrating order that I've placed in years.
I was ready to contact my credit card company to cancel the purchase when I finally got a confirmation of shipment.
Please realize that every retail store will have a high volume of calls during the holiday season but you have to plan in advance to service your customers.

Great watches, qualty and sale price. The detail and uniqueness of each collection is a dream for a watch collector or if you just want one special watch...Invicta has it.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
